1. In short

Adım Adım Umre has no accounts, sign-up or ads. We do not ask for your name, e-mail or phone number. Your notes, saved places, checklist and settings are stored only on your phone and are not sent to us. Some features, however, connect to the third-party services listed below in order to work; for these connections your IP address technically reaches the service.

2. Data that stays on your device

• Your progress through the Umrah steps, counters, dhikr history, favourites
• "My Places" (hotel, gate, meeting point) and notes on steps
• Notification, language, theme and font-size settings
• Your last location for prayer-time calculation (prayer times are computed entirely on the phone; your location is not sent to any server)

Uninstalling the app deletes this data.

3. Permissions

• Location (only while the app is in use): to calculate prayer times for where you are, show the Qibla direction, show your position on the map and add locations to "My Places". No location is collected in the background.
• Notifications: for prayer-time (adhan) notifications.
• Alarms & reminders (Android only): so adhan notifications arrive on time. Without it they may be a few minutes late.
• Vibration: haptic feedback in the dhikr counter and counters.

4. Third-party services the app connects to

These services' own privacy policies apply. Your data is not used for advertising, sold or shared with anyone else.

5. Sharing you start yourself

Features such as "Share my location" or the share card send content only to the app you choose (WhatsApp, SMS, etc.).

6. Children

The app is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from children.

7. Your rights

For your rights under GDPR / KVKK (access, deletion, etc.) contact us at the e-mail address above. You can delete on-device data by uninstalling the app or (on Android) via Settings → "Clear storage".

8. Changes

If this policy changes, the updated text is published on this page and the "Last updated" date changes.
