اِنَّـمَٓا اَشْكُوا بَثّٖي وَحُزْنٖٓي اِلَى اللّٰهِ وَاَعْلَمُ مِنَ اللّٰهِ مَا لَا تَعْلَمُونَ
Meaning
I only complain of my suffering and my grief to Allah, and I know from Allah that which you do not know.
